Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, and main marketing challenge. You may also add a note about why your business needs marketing. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, or information about other people that is not needed for your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand your request, respond to you, and arrange a strategy call. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or unrelated marketing. The form records the time of submission and your consent to this use.
Storage and access
Our website and enquiry database are hosted by Hostinger on a server in India. Hostinger lists Singapore as the backup location for this hosting account. Enquiries are accessible through our password-protected dashboard to authorised Spidrly team members. We use these details to manage your enquiry and follow-up. Submissions do not automatically trigger an email notification.
How long information is kept
Our agreed retention period for unsuccessful enquiries is six months after the last conversation, unless a legal recordkeeping obligation requires longer retention. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, applicable client recordkeeping arrangements will be explained separately. Our dashboard records the last conversation and identifies enquiries due for deletion. Deletion from the active database does not immediately remove copies from hosting backups. Backup copies remain subject to the hosting provider’s backup retention cycle and are used for recovery.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, withdraw your permission for further enquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy concern by emailing the address above. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Any applicable recordkeeping obligations will be explained when handling your request.
Browser storage and external services
This build stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. It has no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. It loads its typeface through Google Fonts, which receives technical request information such as your IP address when your browser connects. Links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, email, or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We will update this notice before changing how the public site collects or shares information.
Site search
Search runs in your browser. If you choose to share service interests, we count only matched categories, not your search text. These aggregate counts are kept for up to 90 days. We use a short-lived, keyed identifier derived from your IP address to limit automated requests; ordinary hosting access logs may also record connection information.

We update this notice when our information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
